Jamaree Bouyea has found a role as a sixth man for the University of San Francisco men's basketball team.
The sophomore guard has played in all 14 games this season for the Dons, and is fourth on the team in minutes per game at 25.2.
The Palma graduate is averaging 6.5 points and 3.8 rebounds a game. Bouyea is second on the team in assists and blocked shots.
The Dons are 12-2 this season with wins over Cal and Stanford. Bouyea had a season high 14 points in a win over Harvard and played 30 minutes in a loss to Buffalo.
The 6-foot-3 guard was a two-time Herald Player of the Year in basketball and never lost a Gabilan Division game at Palma, taking them to the state title game in 2016.
