The two former Palma products will be in uniform on Dec. 31 when Stanford faces Pittsburgh in the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas.
Dalman started six of Stanford's first seven games at center and guard before breaking his hand. The redshirt freshman is expected to be ready for the Sun Bowl.
Richardson, who ran the offense in the spring while the No. 1 quarterback was injured, has served as a backup all fall for the Cardinal.
