The Lobos are limping down the stretch, having dropped three straight games. Four of its five overall losses have come on the road.
Last week MPC fell by three on the road at Yuba. Two weeks earlier, it gave up 28 points in the final quarter, turning a 13-point lead into a 15-point loss to Hartnell.
After starting the season 2-0, the Rams have dropped six straight. Two different quarterbacks have throw for over a combined 2,000 yards, including Christopher grad Sterling Montgomery.
Quarterback Keon Marsh needs 72 yards to go over 2,000 passing yards for the Lobos. Seaside grad Joseph Jakubowksy has caught 55 passes and has 1,018 all-purpose yards.
Jacob Robante is chasing a 1,000 yard rushing season for MPC and leads the team in touchdowns with eight.
