Heisman fraud

I don't get it.
The Heisman Trophy Trust is about to strip Reggie Bush of his 2005 award for accepting cash and gifts during his Heisman winning season at USC.
But O.J. Simpson still has his Heisman Trophy.
O.J. is in jail. Reggie is in the NFL.
Neither of their off-the-field antics had anything to do with their collegiate careers on the field.
But if O.J. still has his trophy, this isn't about integrity.
