Baseball's unwritten rules

Baseball's unwritten rules need an overhaul.
Just because that's the way it has been for 100 plus years doesn't mean change can't be good.
Baseball brawls are embarrassing. Baseball players can't fight. They shove, dance, wrestling and point fingers.
How many pitchers would dare throw at a hitter if they knew no one could leave the dugout?
And when a player charges the mound, you know he's thinking 'someone hurry up and stop me.'
Players that leave the bench in basketball are automatically ejected. No one steps in to break up a fight in hockey other than officials.
If you brawl in a bar or in the stands, you're going to get arrested. If you fight in school, you're going to be suspended. The same rules should apply on the playing field.
