As a result, Pacific Grove's run of five straight league titles and 35 league games without a loss is on the line.
Of course, a win over Carmel and all is forgotten.
But before asking how Pacific Grove blew a game it had in hand, some credit goes to King City, who played the second half like it was a postseason game.
