The former Herald Basketball Player of the Year is leading the University of Hawaii basketball team in nearly every category this winter.
The 6-foot-6 Allen is dropping in a team high 11.8 points a game. The senior transfer also leads the team in rebounds (5.7) and steals (17), while averaging 28 minutes a night.
Allen, who transferred to Hawaii after graduating in three years at UCLA, was a four-year starter and three-time member of The Herald's All-County basketball team.
