Mason Foster

 The former Seaside High standout finished the year as the Redskins leading tackler with 124 tackles -- including 17 in the teams final game last week.
 The 6-foot-2 linebacker compiled a team high 89 solo tackles, including 15 in one game. Foster also recorded one sack, forced two fumbles and defended three passes.
 In six years in the NFL, the former third round pick of Tampa Bay has 504 tackles and two defensive touchdowns.
 Foster was the Herald's Defensive Player of the Year in 2006, and quarterbacked the Spartans to the programs first Central Coast Section Divisional football title.
