Notre Dame-Monterey soccer

Don't be mislead by records going in the opposite direction.
Monterey gave Pacific Division leader Notre Dame all it could handle in a 2-1 loss on Jan. 20.
For the winless Toreadores, this is their playoff game as they will attempt to keep Notre Dame from winning the Pacific Division and remaining undefeated in league play.
The Spirits (9-0-0) are the only team in the Pacific Division with no losses or ties. A win will give them their second league title in three years.
Five different players have four or more goals for Notre Dame, including Kate Riordan, who has a team leading six.
The Spirits, who produced 13 goals last year, have 30 this season. Goalie Ali Maestri is closing in on 200 saves in the cage.
