Not only are the Chieftains looking to clinch no worse than a share of their second straight Gabilan Division title, but a 25 game league winning streak is also on the line.
In the teams first meeting, Palma used three straight 3-point goals from Jamaree Bouyea to erase an eight-point third quarter deficit en route to an eight point win.
Bouyea has continued to sizzle from the outside this winter while reigning Gabilan Division Player of the Year Wyatt Maker has made his presence felt in the paint at both ends.
Different players have continued to step up each game for Palma, including Jack Brusa and Garrett Maker.
Monte Vista, which snapped a two-game losing streak with a win over North County, has not lost a game at home all season.
Ironically, both teams were involved in nailbitters with Salinas, with Palma prevailing by two and Monte Vista falling by one.
