Andrew Hill-Alisal boys hoops

So much for an undefeated league season having any purpose in the postseason.
Oh, Alisal got a home game Tuesday when it faces Andrew Hill.
Still, a program with 20 wins -- the most of any playoff team in Division I -- is seeded No. 9.
I would blame it on the reputation of the Pacific Division, accept four teams from the Pacific got into the playoffs.
Lets be honest, teams in our region aren't going to win many arguments when it comes to seeding purposes.
When was the last CCS boys champion?
It was Palma in Division IV in 2007 when someone named Orlando Johnson roamed the floor.
 Yes, it's been a while.
Alisal, who won its first league title in 14 years, could be a sleeper in Division I based on its bracket, although the top 4 seeds are legit.
Jessy Hurtado tore up the Pacific Division this year, averaging over 23 points a game for the Trojans  while his younger brother Rene became a factor in the paint at 14.5 points.
The four freshmen Alisal coach Jose Gil brought up this winter to provide energy off the bench have  had 24 games to get acclimated to this level.
