Palma-Pacific Grove basketball

I've got a feeling this won't be the only meeting between these teams this year.
You can make an argument that both the Breakers and Palma are the two best teams in the county at this point in the season.
And while they don't play in the same league, both play in the same division in the postseason.
The defending Gabilan Division champion Chieftains have not had trouble scoring points this season behind league MVP Wyatt Maker and company.
The same can be said for the reigning Mission Trail Athletic League champions Breakers, who have league MVP Brad Sendell back in the fold and his 19 points a game average.
While Pacific Grove might be a little more defensive conscious, it's not just the 6-foot-8 Maker it has to be concerned with.
Palma guard Jamaree Bouyea might be the most exiting player in the county while Dominic Johnson and Jack Brusa can produce points.
With Sendell is the player most opponents attempt to contain, three different players are averaging over eight points a game for 2-0 Pacific Grove, including Chip Wagner and Zack Miller.
