Friday's game
North County (1-4) at Watsonville (2-4), 7:30 p.m.
If I'm North County, I'm pushing to play the rest of the season on Friday, as it is 1-1 on Friday as opposed to having been outscored 121-20 on Saturday.
With a six-game losing streak dating back to 2014 in the rear view mirror, the Condors are coming off a bye week -- undefeated in the Pacific Division.
Jordan Graves has given the offense a spark since moving behind center for North County, having accounted for five of teams seven touchdowns.
The 26 points the Condors produced in their last game was more than they had scored in the previous four games combined.
The Wildcatz have run the ball for over 1,000 yards this season. Three of quarterback Nick Carrillo's nine completions have been touchdowns.
Watsonville has dropped two games by a touchdown and one in which it lead at halftime. Playmaker Austin Gomez has three interceptions, a touchdown catch and has kicked a field goal.
