Circle of champions

The 38th annual Monterey Clinic of Champions for wrestling coaches will be held Oct. 23-25 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Seaside. Expected to speak are 2015 National Freestyle champion Jake Herbert, University of Missouri head coach Brian Smith, who took his squad to an unbeaten dual meet season in 2015, Franklin High coach Eric Mausser, the 2015 National High School Coach of the Year, and two-time New York State champion and prep coach Gene Mills. Contact billgrant1345@hotmail.com.
