Jordan Graves, North County
The Pacific Division's Most Valuable Player in basketball, the junior guard led the Condors to the programs first undefeated league season, which included a school record 14-game winning streak.
Graves, a three-year starter on the hardwood, averaged nearly 20 points a game for North County, while finishing with a county high 92 steals to earn all-county honors for the second straight year.
The 6-foot-2 Graves was a receiver on the Condors football team, leading the team in receptions, yards and touchdowns. He also threw a touchdown pass last fall.
Graves also started in baseball for North County, compiling one four-hit game and two three-hit games. He hit .333, scoring 18 runs.
