The Carmel all-league catcher suffered a compound dislocation to his right leg, but no break.
Surgery was preformed on Treadwell on Tuesday night to repair ligaments.
Treadwell was injured in Carmel's 4-3 win over Aragon on Tuesday when attempting to leg out an infield hit, crumbling to the ground when he hit the first base bag awkwardly.
He is expected to make a full recovery.
Carmel will face Scared Heart Prep on Saturday in the Central Coast Section Division II title game at San Jose Municipal Stadium.
