CCS Division IV playoffs
Thursday's game
No. 10 North County (19-5) at No. 7 King's Academy (11-13), 7 p.m.
It's been a magical ride for the Condors, who have rattled off 14 consecutive wins in capturing the program's first league title in 11 years, and first playoff win since 2008.
What North County is chasing is the program's first ever road win in the playoffs. King's Academy finished fifth in the West Bay Athletic League with a 6-8 mark.
This has the makings of a high scoring game as five players for Kings Academy are averaging 10 or more points a game, including 6-foot-3 forward Cameron Browning (15.5).
The Condors will turn to three-year starting junior guard Jordan Graves, who produced 24 points in the team's 77-71 win over King City. Jeremy Heitzman recorded another double-double.
Both teams have wins over Marina. The Knights have losses to Monte Vista Christian and Oakwood.
