CCS Division I playoffs
Thursday's game
Salinas (12-13) at No. 6 Cupertino (21-3), 7 p.m.
Champions of the El Camino Division, the Pioneers have rattled off 17 straight wins, with their last loss coming on Dec. 13 to Saratoga. Cupertino is undefeated at home this year.
While Cupertino doesn't have one dynamic scorer, it comes at you with eight different players that can produce points.
Salinas, who limped into the postseason after losing four of its final five, had a rebirth on Tuesday as Marissa Hernandez scored 18 points in a 20-point win at Andrew Hill.
Behind the defensive prowess of Katheen Bass and Rebecca Interrante, Salinas held Andrew Hill to a season low 29 points.
