CCS boys soccer playoffs
Division I
 No. 9 Sequoia (7-6-5) at No. 8 Alvarez (14-2-4), 6 p.m.
If you're looking for a sleeper team in the Division I playoffs, Alvarez is that team. It dropped just two games all year and played nationally ranked Watsonville to a pair of ties.
Sequoia was third in the PAL Bay Division, behind top seed Menlo-Atherton and reigning Division III finalist Burlingame.
Christian Santibanez and Ricardo Soza have combined for 35 goals this season for the Eagles, with the versatile Santibanez recording 21 assists.
Alvarez has outscored the opposition 33-3 in the first half.
Division III
No. 9 Greenfield (10-4-4) at No. 8 Sacred Heart Prep (12-2-5), 3 p.m.
Talk about getting hot at the right time. Greenfield closed the season by going 6-0-1, beating MTAL champion Soledad to seal a playoff spot.
The Gators won the West Bay Athletic League, but are just 1-1-3 in their last five games. A balanced Bruins scoring attack includes Bryan Gomez, Christian Salazar and Salvador Oceguera.
During its seven game unbeaten streak, the Bruins have allowed just five goals.
