Seaside at Skyline (Oakland), 7 p.m.
 Having already played a game this year, the Titans are big in stature in the trenches. They also have one of the biggest receiving targets in the state in 6-foot-7, 250-pound tight end Evan Hanson.
 Last fall Skyline went 3-8 overall, with one of those losses being a 24-0 shutout to Seaside. But it was 3-2 in the Oakland Division of the North Coast Section.
 The Spartans defense will be improved behind senior outside linebacker Dariyn Choates. Look for the offense to be simplified after graduation gutted them at the skilled positions.
