Two of the best players in the Pacific Division will be on display today in Castroville in the Condors Janell Godfrey and Monterey sophomore Gina Bruno.
The question is will either player see a pitch to hit?
Bruno has already hit five home runs this year for the Toreadores, driving in 27 runs in 12 games.
Godfrey, who missed all of last year with an injury, has returned to form, leading North County in every offensive category.
Oh, did we mention that first place will also be at stake between the only unbeaten teams left in the Pacific Division.
This has the potential of being a high scoring affair.
Jessica Sturgill and Daniella Burnam have sprayed the ball all over the field for the Toreadores this spring while Amber Duplissie has been on a power surge for North County.
