Lost in all the quarterback talk last week was the fact that Seaside saw its 11-game regular season winning streak snapped in a loss to Aptos.
A Central Coast Section Division II semifinalist last year, Wilcox has wins over Manteca and Half Moon Bay this fall.
The Chargers possess one of the more explosive tailbacks in the section in Delshawn Mitchell, who rushed for nearly 1,700 yards and scored 28 touchdowns last year.
Seaside is talking about going with a two quarterback system for now. I've never seen that work for long stretches.
