After forfeiting their season opener, Marshall has been outscored 95-20 in its last two games.
Dating back to last year, the Phoenix has dropped nine straight games -- three of which have come on forfeits.
Marshall's lone win last year was a 54-20 decision over Gonzales.
Marina has dropped 27 straight games after a 41-12 loss to SLV two weeks ago.
Health is a concern for the Mariners, who were tied at 12 with SLV before losing three starters to injuries in the first half -- including the quarterback.
All 12 of Marina's points in its opener came in the first quarter. Last year the Mariners scored 14 points in the first quarter all season.
