A former all-league setter at Monterey High in 2010, Souktani will play volleyball this season at UC Riverside.
Souktani spent the last two years at Glendale Junior College as a setter, compiling over 1,000 sets in her two seasons at Glendale.
The head coach at UC Riverside is former Monterey High setter Michelle Patton.
