At 6-3 overall, the Aztecs have already doubled last year's entire win total and are within three wins of tying the single season school record.
 It's been one way or the other this spring for Soledad. Seven of its nine games have been decided by nine runs or more.
 While Soledad learned that it's not yet ready for the Notre Dame's of the world on Thursday, it is averaging 10 runs a game in its six wins.
 Briana Solis has 20 hits in nine games while Ashley Sanchez has six multiple hit games. And pitcher Anyssa Santoyo has tossed two shutouts.
