Alisal's track

Why do sprinters always seem to set personal bests on Alisal's lightening fast track?
One argument could be the time of year. The end of April is when times begin to drop.
But a full second in the 200?
Seaside's Jayala Scholis became just the third individual ever in the county to dip under 25 seconds in the 200, clocking 24.88 last Saturday at the Alisal Invitational.
Her previous best mark was 25.92.
Now Scholis is clearly an elite sprinter, having reached the CCS finals last year in the 100 meters, and    ran a career best 12.39 earlier this spring.
But at Alisal, she ran 12.27 in the 100.
I know the measurements have been debated at Alisal. And there's always wind. But when you look at the 100 straightaway, he sure appears to have a slight down hill angle.
