Ramifications from the NFL lockout

 Did the NFL lockout keep the Colts Peyton Manning from getting proper medical treatment on a surgically repaired disc in his neck?
 The lockout kept players from getting treatment from their personal medical staffs. Manning is behind schedule on his rehab and his streak of 208 straight regular season starts is in jeopardy.
 The last quarterback to start a game for the Colts since Manning was current 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh in 1997.
