Monterey shortstop Stephen Ventimilia and Monterey Peninsula College pitcher Nick Grim will sign letters-of-intent today to attend colleges on baseball scholarships.
Ventimilia is headed to the University of Hawaii while Grim will take his talents to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Grim prepped at Salinas High.
In addition, Santa Catalina junior softball hurler Alex Pingree has made a verbal commitment to UC Santa Barbara.
