Four thoughts for tonight

The biggest issue for Seaside is depth. A lot of players are going both ways. The result last week saw four cramp up, including its quarterback.
Ronald Saxton can't afford to miss time behind center. These leg cramps did not start occurring until Seaside inserted Saxton as a defensive back three weeks ago.

The most impressive stat for the month of October is the 17 turnovers King City has forced, and its plus 12 turnover ratio. That's why the Mustangs are 4-0 in October.
The Mustangs have allowed 45 points during a five-game winning streak. In their two losses, they surrounded 46 and 49 points.

For Alvarez to make the playoffs, it is going to have to win a road game. Depending on what happens tonight in its final home game, it may have to win two. It's 0-3 on the road this year.
The good news is the Eagles are unbeaten against teams that don't have .500 records. The final two games are against teams with under .500 marks.

Jack Baird could go over 1,000 yards rushing tonight for the Chieftains. Baird has six straight games with over 100 yards rushing.
Dating back to last year, Palma is 13-0 when Baird tops the century mark, 1-2-2 when he doesn't.
