Evans Charles
Beginning his third year as Monterey's starting quarterback, Charles threw for over 1,200 yards and 11 touchdowns last season.
The 6-foot-4 senior also rushed for over 200 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Look for Charles to be more of a factor running the ball this fall in the Toreadores new look offense.
