The most impressive team during the non-league season was San Benito. Good shooters, solid ball movement and a tenacious defense led to a 10-1 mark.
A team you have to keep an eye on is Christopher, who lost three games by a total of nine points. In other words, it was close to being 10-1 instead of 7-4.
Seaside is a mystery team. We know this group is talented. Arguably the best player in the county suits up for them in Ronnie Turner. But how do you judge a team on three games?
The most improved team could be North County. I like the direction it's headed in. The team you do not want to sleep on is Monterey. This unit is better than people think.
The team that did the most growing in the preseason was Pacific Grove.
