4. Gonzales: Chrystian Hurang is going to score a lot of points in this league.
5. King City: Trent Salcido can't carry this team by himself.
6. Stevenson: Gained some confidence in the preseason.
7. Soledad: Capable of climbing into the No. 2 slot in the MTAL.
8. Marina: Struggled to find an identity in the preseason.
MBL
Gabilan Division
1. San Benito: The most complete team in the league.
2. Palma: The most disciplined team in the league.
3. Seaside: The most athletic team in the league.
4. Christopher: The most dangerous team in the league.
5. Salinas: Growing pains this year. Dominance next year.
6. Monterey: Could be a sleeper team in the Gabilan Division.
7. Monte Vista: Probably doesn't belong in the Gabilan Division
MBL
Pacific Division
1. Alvarez: Will be the class of the Pacific Division.
2. Alisal: Got better as the preseason went along.
3. North County: Sophomore Jordan Graves lit up scoreboards in the preseason.
4. Gilroy: My sleeper team, if it can find that chemistry on the court.
5. North Salinas: This program will not go winless in league play this year.
6. Pajaro Valley: Struggled offensively in the preseason.
7. Watsonville: Growing pains for the Wildcatz.
