Don't be mislead by Notre Dame-Belmont's sub .500 record. It plays in the West Catholic Athletic League, which has five teams in the section playoffs.
The Tigers actually outscored opponents 152-114 this year.
Pacific Grove went 8-2 down the stretch. It has the distinction of beating one league champion this spring and four playoff teams.
Abby Burnell led the Breakers in doubles, triples and home runs this year, finishing with a team high 33 hits and 21 runs batted in.
