Two volleyball coaches will return to their old stomping grounds today when Paul Elliott and Santa Catalina visit Notre Dame, and Israel Ricardez and Carmel travel to Monterey.
Elliott led Notre Dame to a TCAL title in 2008 before moving over to Santa Catalina last year. Ricardez guided Monterey to an MBL title in 2007.
For Ricardez, it's a true homecoming as he is a Monterey graduate, igniting the boys volleyball team to a league title in 2005 as a setter.
