Niner fans are ready to cut Alex Smith. Eagles fans want Michael Vick as their starter. Dallas fans calling for the head of head coach Wade Phillips. Colts fans panicking after losing to Houston. Vikings fans saying Favre should have been in training camp. Raiders fans -- well it is the same old Raiders.
What other sport generates this much controversy after one week?
What are 49ers fans going to be saying next week when they fall to 0-2? Because the Saints are marching in.
You can't put all the blame on Smith. The offensive line was horrible. The 49ers couldn't run the ball. You can't ask Smith to throw it 40 times. You just can't.
