Carmel lost.
Its streak of 13 straight wins is over.
I have never seen a program get criticized more for its schedule. Well, Palma used to get called out back in the early 1990's for playing in the Small School Division playoffs.
Who wouldn't have loved to have seen Carmel play Seaside — last year.
Lets get out of the past.
This is a new year. Carmel is a team with 30 new players. It lost a game on Saturday in the final five seconds to a team it faced in the CCS finals last year.
I wouldn't call Menlo a creampuff. The Padres may lose again.
But if I'm PG parent, I wouldn't be gloating.

Did a PG parent gloat? I wouldn't think so, seeing as the school's football team is obviously rebuilding as well after a decade of domination. Get over your issue with PG
