Honor for CSUMB spiker

Rheann Fall became the first CSU-Monterey Bay athlete to earn a national weekly honor when she was named Sports Imports/American Volleyball Coaches Association Division II National Player of the Week.
Fall, a junior outside hitter, broke a single-match school record for the Otters with 29 kills in a five-game win over nationally ranked UC San Diego.
She also had 23 kills in a four-game win over nationally ranked Cal State-East Bay, propelling the Otters to a 6-1 overall start. In both matches, Fall had a double-double in kills and digs.
