More all-star snubbing

What is going on here?
Now Seaside has come out and said they were not informed about Friday's Salinas Jaycees All-Star football game.
Carmel was told the game was going to be canceled.
The organizers of the event have a different version. Personally I don't care who is telling the truth.
I'm not here to place blame on anyone. But the communication lines are clearly an issue. A total of six schools will not have anyone representing them this Friday — four from the Peninsula.
At least 12 senior players from Seaside and Carmel won't get a chance to put on a football uniform as an all-star.
Contrary to what people want to believe, most kids want to play in this game. It is a privilege. I'd be bitter if I was left off. Let's fix this and make it a real all-star game.
