TCAL football plan

One of the reasons the TCAL suggested adding one more week to the playoffs in its revised playoff plan — at least in the proposed 'A' Division — is because then it wouldn't have to wait an extra week to see if a state invitation awaits the CCS winner.
The Southern Section finishes its postseason this Friday and Saturday. Invitations go out Sunday. Right now, CCS Open Division champion Bellarmine is practicing, unsure if it will get an invitation.
Lets hope the CCS adopts the four-four-four plan -- four 'A' leagues, four 'B' leagues and four 'C' leagues. Because the MBL is not an 'A' league. Either is the SCCAL.
