A return to the gridiron

A two-year absence from the game didn't effect Chris Brown, who was named the Most Valuable Offensive Player at Azusa Pacific.
Brown, who last played in 2005 at Hartnell College, rushed for over 800 yards this fall, starting the team's final five games. He also scored five touchdowns.
The 23-year-old Carmel graduate is also training again for the decathlon in track. Two years ago, Brown won the Junior College State decathlon title for the Panthers.
