There is word leaking out that the rest of Stevenson's varsity football season could be in jeopardy if it can't get kids from the junior varsity to come up and play for the final five games.
The Pirates, who started the year with just 18 players, are winless and in need of more bodies. If this is true, and it has not been confirmed, Stevenson would be the first known team in the MTAL to shut down a season.
