You have to feel a little for Alisal.
Three times this year it has had a chance to either win the game or tie it on its final offensive play.
Instead, it has three losses to show for it. None bigger than Friday's 27-20 loss to TCAL rival Salinas.
For Alisal to have any hope of returning to the postseason, it'll have to win two of its final three games — two of those games include unbeaten Gilroy and perennial power Palma.
Ouch.
If Alisal had just won one of those games, it likely would have been playoff bound.
