3. Notre Dame: Four sophomores took this team to a Pacific Division title last year.
4. Salinas: I'm not sure why the Cowboys are in the Mission Division this season.
5. Alisal: Strong start for a program with two all-leaguers back in the fold.
6. Monte Vista: The core of this team last year was comprised of freshman and sophomores.
7. San Benito: I'm guessing the Balers were left in the Gabilan Division for a reason.
8. Pajaro Valley: Averaging 62 points a game in its two wins this season.
9. Carmel: Soana Loalatu is going to have a lot of double-doubles in the Cypress Division.
10. Alvarez: Showcased a balanced attack in an impressive season opening win.
On the bubble: King City, Soledad, North County, Gilroy.
