No longer dealing with the distraction of a sprained knee, Emilio Martinez has put together back-to-back 100 plus yard rushing efforts for the University of San Diego.
The sophomore tailback leads the team in rushing with 415 yards. Martinez has already established career marks in receptions (24) and yards (258), combining for five touchdowns.
Last year Martinez rushed for 1,033 yards in 13 games. As a senior at Palma in 2016, he rushed for 2,501 yards.
