Former Pacific Grove slugger Victoria Harris is hitting .386 in 22 starts this spring for the San Diego Christian softball team.
The junior outfielder leads the team in walks with eight and is second in runs scored with 27. Harris has also driven in eight runs and has struck out just four times in 80 at bats.
Teammate and former King City High product Emily Espino is making the most of her limited at bats in her first season in San Diego, hitting .268 with a homer and five runs batted in. The junior has scored six runs in eight starts.
