Chris Clements has started three games this spring for the UC Santa Barbara baseball team, sporting a 1-1 record with a 5.14 earned run average.
The right-hander has made four appearances on the season, earning a save earlier this year. In 14 innings of work, the junior has struck out 12 for the Gauchos.
Clements was a part of Pacific Grove’s 31-0 championship baseball team in 2013, and was the Mission Trail Athletic League Pitcher of the Year as a senior in 2014.
