King City-Soledad boys soccer

Three different programs have won league titles in the last three years in the Mission Trail Athletic League.
King City hopes to make it four in four years.
Three years removed from its last league title, Soledad may have other ideas.
The two teams will go into their meeting today both unbeaten in league.
The Aztecs have shot out the gates, outscoring four league opponents 15-4, including a 3-1 win over defending champion Gonzales.
King City's defense has allowed just two goals in league play. That defense will have to step up against a high powered Soledad offense, anchored by Carlos Esqueda and his team leading 13 goals. Teammate Alexis Sanchez has six goals and a team high six assists.
It's been a committee approach at King City, as different players have risen to the occasion to jump start their season in league play.
