Alisal-Scotts Valley basketball

On the court the Trojans have been impressive with 30 and 40 point wins.
Unfortunately one of those wins goes down as a forfeit after an ineligible player was discovered after their first game. The good news is it was caught early and corrected.
Alisal will look to keep the momentum on the hardwood tonight when it faces 2-0 Scotts Valley in the second round of the Solis-Miles Memorial tournament.
Last year the Trojans defeated Scotts Valley 68-45 in their season opener.
The Falcons advanced into the winners bracket after a 59-58 win over Pajaro Valley while Alisal put up 82 points in a win over Watsonville.
The Trojans, who have moved into the Gabilan Division this year after two straight undefeated years in the Pacific Division, are going to score points.
Adriano Betancourt, who led the team in scoring last year, is a threat from anywhere on the court while Josue Gil-Silva is averaging 19 points a game.
Alisal has held its first two opponents to an average of 39 points
