3. Salinas: Has a little momentum entering the CCS Division I playoffs.
4. Monte Vista: Back to defend its CCS Division IV championship.
5. King City: Tuned up for the postseason with a five-set win over Carmel.
6. Carmel: Another 20 plus win season for the Padres.
7. Seaside: First undefeated league season in the schools 50 plus years.
8. Alvarez: Closed the season by winning three of its final five league matches.
9. Christopher: Dropped four of its last five Gabilan Division matches.
10. Notre Dame: Injuries and personnel issues crippled the Spirits down the stretch.
 On the bubble: North Salinas, Monterey, Soledad, Pacific Grove.
