Watsonville (2-0) at Greenfield (1-0), 7:30 p.m.
The 46 consecutive points the Bruins put up last week was the second most in school history, next to their 51-0 win over Avenal in 2010 -- the year they set a school record for wins with nine.
The two teams are meeting for the first time since 2001 when the Wildcatz went down to Greenfield and posted a 35-0 win.
Watsonville has been a second half team through its first two games, outscoring opponents 21-6 in jumping out to its first 2-0 start since 2003, a year it went 9-2.
While both teams have instituted a passing game into their schemes, it's no secret that both prefer to grind the ball and chew up the clock.
Isaac Pajas is coming off a career best 160 yard rushing effort for the Bruins while quarterback Andy Hernandez added 140 yards on the ground, as the pair combined for five touchdowns.
Greenfield's last three touchdowns in its opener were of 50 yards or longer, with Rigo Frias taking a kickoff 89 yards for a touchdown.
